What is it?
For added piece of mind during your pet's stay, we now offer our optional PawSafe Coverage Add-On for an additional $5 per day.
This optional coverage is designed to help with unexpected injury-related incidents that occur during your pet's stay.
What's Included
If your pet experiences an accidental injury while boarding with us, this add-on may assist with eligible veterinary expenses related to:
- Dog Bites
- Scratches
- Minor Lacerations
- Cuts or abrasions
- Other sudden, accidental external injuries that occur during your pet's stay.
Coverage applies only to incidents occurring while checked into our facility and reported during the boarding period.
What's not included
This program is not pet health insurance and does not cover routine, pre-existing, contagious, behavioral or medical conditions.
Examples of exclusions include:
- Pre-existing conditions
- Ear infections
- Skin infections or hot spots
- Allergies
- Illness or disease
- Gastrointestinal upset (vomiting/diarrhea)
- Coughing, respiratory illness or contagious conditions
- Parasites
- Chronic conditions
- Injuries caused by known self-trauma or repetitive behaviors
- Conditions commonly associates with a pet's medical history
- Follow-up treatment to the original covered injury
- Bloat
How It Works
If an eligible injury occurs:
- Our team will document the incident
- We will notify you as soon as possible.
- Veterinary care will be coordinated as needed.
- Eligible expenses will be reviewed and applied according to program limits.
Coverage Limits
- Maximum benefit: $400
- Coverage is non-transferable and has no cash value
Because safety is always our top priority, this add-on is intended to provide additional support.
