We are able to accommodate all medications and supplements. We DO NOT charge for basic medication administrations. If your pet is on Insulin or Chemo Drugs we do charge an additional $5/Admin.
Since we do not require a deposit to hold your reservation we just ask that you give us a call to cancel the reservation so we can fill the spot. No fee.
Canine friends are required to be current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella. Our feline friends need to have Rabies and FVRCP. Vaccinations must be given at least 7 days prior to visit.
Owners can bring food and treats. We do not need leashes and food bowls and we do not accept large beds.

If a pet becomes ill or injured during their stay, we will contact you immediately and provide appropriate care. With veterinary knowledge and experience on-site, your pet's health and wellbeing are always closely monitored
Yes we do! However, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to attend a playgroup. There is an additional fee added to the boarding for an intact pet.
We do not offer tours. Tours tend to stress out our four legged guests and we want them to feel as comfortable as possible while maintaining their privacy. You are more than welcome to schedule a meet and greet where we would be more than happy to snap some photos so you have peace of mind knowing the photos are current.
We highly recommend booking early, especially during holidays, summer vacations, and busy travel weekends. Popular dates often fill quickly.
It is highly recommended if you are local to do a no-charge evaluation day.

In most cases, yes. Family pets can often stay together unless we deem necessary to separate.
Not every dog enjoys social play, and that is perfectly okay. We customize each pet's stay based on their personality and comfort level.
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. Dogs are carefully matched by size, temperament and play style.
Dogs enjoy a structured day filled with outdoor time, supervised socialization, enrichment activities, rest breaks, feeding times and lots of interaction with our staff. Our goal is to create a safe, fun, and low-stress environment where pets feel comfortable and cared for.
Unfortunately we do not. Each dog requires the same amount of safety monitoring and care.

Yes, we do. However, we do like to meet our seniors first if possible so we can make sure we are a good fit for them. A lot of seniors do better in the comfort of their own home.
